• To secure a reservation please contact us to check on availability of particular cottages. A deposit will be required. Methods of payment in the form of credit card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo and personal check are accepted.

• Upon deposit and confirmation directions and helpful packing information will complete the reservation. Balance is paid upon arrival.

• The rates quoted do not include a 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax and a 3% County Hotel Tax.

• Guests will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement upon registering. Please read and sign ahead of time if possible. 

• Check-in - we can be flexible so contact us if you would like an early check- in.

• Checkout - Time to be determined based on length of stay and scheduling but will make an effort to make it as leisurely as possible.

• Full size kitchen fully equipped so bring your favorite food and beverage.

• Linen is supplied but bring your own towels. Exception for guests traveling by air or particular circumstances that do not allow one to pack towels. We have a supply at no additional charge. (Click Here for list of items supplied and suggested items to bring)

• Smoking is not permitted in the guest cottages. We request you step out on to balconies and porches.

• Sorry, no pets are allowed.

• Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests charged $50/person/night.

• Due to the secluded location it is 45 minutes to the nearest hospital. Local ambulance and emergency services are volunteer and response times vary. Guests should be aware that hiking, swimming, fishing and boating is done at their own risk. Some hiking trails have slopes and rugged terrain. Guests that bring their own sports equipment (i.e. bikes, fishing gear, floatation device, boats, skis, skate, sleds) do so at their own risk. A release/hold harmless agreement is requested upon checking-in.

• It's the country and it's wooded so guests need to be aware there is always a chance for an insect, bee, wasp or tick bite.

• Cell Service: Verizon/Sprint/TMobil cell tower provides full signal at all the cottages and throughout the property. At this time AT&T cell service is spotty.

• Internet: All cottages have wireless internet access.
